As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on the past year’s journey and set goals for the upcoming year.

2024: A Year in Review

2024 has been nothing short of transformative. Here’s a look back at the lessons learned, achievements celebrated, and aspirations set for the future.

This year reinforced the importance of adaptability. One of my biggest lessons has been the value of learning a great deal from the insights and contributions of others in the team and balancing it with positive reinforcement.

I’ve also learned that empathy and communication are the cornerstones of successful collaboration, especially when dealing with diverse teams. Engaging in feedback from others and having meaningful conversations has been a game-changer. I was glad to address some of the typical burnout issues faced by coworkers by sharing some wisdom and my personal experiences in a series of training sessions.

The numerous enhancements made to Triyam’s Fovea marked a significant leap forward in our product roadmap. We have further strengthened IT security protocols to exceed industry standards and ensure compliance. We have come a long way in implementing AI-driven features that enhance customer productivity and streamlined workflows.

Personally, achieving a formal AI certification from a world-renowned program at UT Austin has been deeply satisfying and reinforces my commitment to professional development.

Goals for 2025

Triyam’s aim is to onboard new clients faster than ever before. We will leverage global delivery capabilities to optimize project turnaround and scalability.

My personal goal is to focus on reflecting and writing on IT fundamentals and project management basics. Additionally, I want to dedicate more time to mentoring aspiring leaders within the organization and industry.

Goals are typically about growth, both personal and organizational. However, growing alone must not be the sole objective all the time; sometimes, you need to scale back, let go, and relax. So, I challenge readers to set goals for relaxation (sounds like an oxymoron, doesn’t it? 🙂 ).

Predictions for 2025

I hope AI will become integral in decision-making processes, not just operational tasks. I also foresee the HIT industry embracing AI-powered tools for data analysis that focus on reducing provider fatigue.

A Moment to Treasure

One of my favorite moments was joining the Triyam team’s celebrations at our annual conferences. Before the end of the year, I also managed a wonderful vacation with family. (see photos below).  These moments of connection and relaxation are ones I truly cherish.

As we look ahead to 2025, I am filled with optimism and determination. Together, we’ll embrace challenges, seize opportunities, and continue making strides toward excellence. Here’s to a new year filled with growth, innovation, and success!
